By accessing or using ElectricianOps you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
License
We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ElectricianOps for operating and interacting with Whiting Design and Electric / LumaDigits. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or use the service to build a competing product.
Your responsibilities
Keep your login credentials secure, provide accurate information, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Third-party services
ElectricianOps integrates with services such as Intuit QuickBooks, Stripe, SendGrid, and Twilio. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms. Intuit QuickBooks data is handled as described in our
Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Calculators and AI features are aids, not a substitute for professional judgment or applicable code — always verify against the current NEC and local requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or suspend/terminate access at our discretion. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
